A, B) Only the equipment can be linked to a serialized material and not the functional location. This means that an equipment can dismantle from the functional location or superior equipment and return to be warehouse to be managed in Mm-Inventory Management using the serial number.
ReplyDeleteC, D, E) both the functional location category and equipment category do have have parameter that decides if the material BOM can be assigned as a construction type to the functional location or equipment master. In any case it is free to assign material BOM as a construction type to both the functional location or equipment master.
