ReplyDeleteA, C) You cannot never save a Fixed Lot size with 'EX' Lot Size key. The system response with a warning message and empties the Fixed Lot size field when saving.
ReplyDeleteB) Rouding will create lot size with multiples of 200. Therefore a requirement of 401 with result in a single supply order of 600 which did not fit the scenario requirement.
ReplyDeleteD) A maximum quantity scenario will be like the following: A requirement of 201 will result in one supply order of 200 and the second supply order of 1 (assuming there is no minimum quantity set), this again does not fit the scenario presented.
ReplyDeleteE) Probably the optimal solutio is setting lot sizing key to 'FX' with a Fixed Lot Size of 200. However, with 'EX' Lot Sizing, combination of Maximum Qty of 200 plus Rounding of 200 should do the trick.
