A) You cannot switch to a different MRP type for the materials subjected to a particular LTP scenario. However, for Consumption Based Planning material, you can have the LTP scenario planning run to calculate Dependent Requirements for it.
ReplyDeleteB) There is a Lot Size key you can enter in the LTP planning scenario. This allows you to plan quantities in Periodic Lot Sizing so that the required quantities are consolidated for decision making purpose ie: supplier negotiations.
ReplyDeleteC) There are many things MTO can be switched off, one of the purpose is to switch off direct procurement as the purpose is not execution but planning only; so the direct procurement process flow is not needed in LTP.
