  1. A) Strategy 10 considers Common Stocks but will not consider Customer Requirements in the Planning. (It is a MTS strategy)

  2. B) Strategy 11 do not consider both Common Stocks and Customer Requirements in the Planning. (It is a form of Pure MTS strategy)

  3. C) Strategy 20 is a MTO strategy (Pure MTO), there is no PIR and Common Stocks are ignored at MRP run. It only deals with Special Sales Order Stocks.

  4. D) Strategy 30 is a MTS strategy which considers or adds up requirements from PIR and Customer Requirements and create supply to fulfill both. In this strategy Common Stocks are considered at MRP run.

  5. E) Strategy 40 is called Planning with Final Assembly where one of the most common MTS strategy chosen in PP planning. It considers both the Common Stocks and Customer Requirements.
