ReplyDeleteA) In source detemination the PIR may be suggested in the PR. But the PR number nor it's estimated price can be updatable to the PIR.
ReplyDeleteB, D) Both the Quotation and Contract can record it's document number and pricing conditions into the PIR using an 'info update indicator' in the item detail screen.
ReplyDeleteC) The Purchase Order although can update to the PIR but only its document number and not the pricing conditions. Therefore the PIR can only update Last PO number and not it's price. The 'info update indicaor' in the PO is only a check box unlike that in the Quotation and Contract which is an 'A', 'B', or 'C' indicaor.
