    A, D) Cannot revoke back to "OSNO" (Outstanding Notification)

    B) "NOCO" (Complete) back to "NOPR" (Progress) is allowed.

    D) You can Set "DLFL" (Deletion flag) at "OSNO", "NOPR", or "NOCO", in all 3 cases you can revoke it.

    E) There is no such system status "DELAY" (as at ECC6.0 EhP6)
