    Work Center master in different modules are similar in design.
    It can be assigned to the following:
    . Standard Routing (for PPDI Production Orders)
    . Rate Routing (for PPDI Repetitive)
    . Recipe (for PPPI) but it is called Resources
    . Network operations (PS)
    . Maintenance Task List (PM/CS)
    . Inspection Plan (QM)
