ReplyDeleteA) You have to beware Maintenance Plan scenarios requires minimum one Maintenance Item but no all scenarios allows more than one maintenance items.
ReplyDeleteB, D) Task list assignment is only at the Maintenance Item level and it is optional for example if the call object is Notification, you may not require a task list OR if for external procurement maintenance plan where the call object is the service entry sheet.
