In SAP MM IM as at ECC6.0 EhP6, what can you say about the 'boxed' field in the graphics ?

B) It cannot be used for Goods Issue movement type.
C) It can be used for Stock Transfer movement type.
D) It may result in the Material Master Storage Location view extended.

ReplyDeleteA, B, C) check OMJJ movement type 101, 301 GR and Transfer series (you can see IDES system set them as default) but not movement type 201. It is illogical for GI to create storage location for material master !
ReplyDeleteD, E) The Storage Location master in the Enterprise Structure must exists BUT with this indicator, the goods movement will extend the Material Master to the Storage Location if it is not already created.
