A, B) Only the user whoe set a GR scenario On-Hold can access or delete them in MIGO, As at ECC6.0 EhP5, there are no Authorization that can allow other users to access Held documents in MIGO. To manage Held Documents, one can use t-code MBPM 'Manage Held Data' to display or remove On-Hold documents from MIGO.
ReplyDeleteC, D) On-Hold results do not post any status to the PO History or change the PO presentation as MRP Element in the S/R List. If you out On-Hold GR for a PO, there is no stopping others posting GR agaisnt the same PO.
