OUs (Organizational Units) meaning Plant or Company Code depending on the Valuation Level setup when the Client is created. Since many projects (or I think ALL projects) are configured with Valuation level at Plant; I will always refer this step of assigning the Valuation Category to OUs as (to Plants).
