Next the system check that 456 fall in 60-799, it will then round to 400 (100 x 4)
Balance now is 56 to be fulfilled
Then the system check that 56 fall in 0 - 59, it will then round to 60 (10 x 6)
Therefore the order expectation is
(1000 x 3)+(100 x 4)+(10 x 6) = 3460
