As of Release 3.0, you can enter historical maintenance orders in PM to represent a complete technical history of operational systems. The historical orders can be created in 2 ways:
ReplyDelete1. by archiving the maintenance orders completed in PM
If you archive a maintenance order, the system puts the essential data of the order relevant for the history into the history file.
2. by manual entry
You can include completed maintenance orders (for example, from previous systems or data sets) directly in the history.
The historical orders contain
. order header data
. all operations (with summarized completion confirmation information)
. all materials (planned and withdrawn)
. order costs (on the basis of the value categories)
