    Quota Rating for Vendor 1000 is 100. (0 + 100 / 1)
    Quota Rating for Vendor T-K500A20 is 50. (100 + 0 / 2)
    Source determination will select vendor T-K500A20 for the next requirement as the vendor has a lower Quota Rating.
