We often call Strategy 11 as the most "Strict" MTS (Make to Stock) Strategy. Manufacturing will only produce based on Forecast from the PIR. To not consider Stocks and PIR in the MRP run is a very drastic decision in production planning, it must be considered carefully of it's circumstances.
