Invoice entry for external procurement is possible after the maintenance order is "Released" or even after the maintenance order is "Technically completed". However, even after the maintenance order is "TECO"ed; if the invoice value is different from the external procurement PO's value, the difference will still be absorbed into the maintenance order. Only when the maintenancr oder is set to "Business Closing" or "CLSD", the differences if any cannot be absorbed into the maintenance order anymore.
