A)   No actual costs are posted from Service Entry Sheet which is not approved.
B)   Invoice postings from "Stock" items are never registered as actual costs in the Maintenance Order.

D)   The goods receipt of External procurement (from control key PM02) is registered into the Actual Costs of the Maintenance Order.

  1. A) Yes, only upon the approval of service entry sheet that the system generates a material document and its corresponding FI/CO document for which the CO side of it is to post the cost (debit the cost) into the maintenance order.

  2. B) Item Category "L" (stock) or "R" (variable size) components in the maintenance order debits the costs of the material at goods issue. The purchase order and its invoices have no relationship with the maintenance order in terms of costing.

  3. C) Unplanned costs such as additional goods issue, component or operations not planned in the maintenance order; these costs are debited to the maintenance order. You can see the actual costs in the value categories as well as cost element view.

  4. D, E) Operation control key "PM02" or component item category "N"; both generates purchase requisition and later purchase order. The activity of goods receipt against these purchase orders debits the costs into the maintenance order.
