A, C, D) Valuation Classes' are assigned to the Account Category Reference in the IMG. The Account Category Reference are then assigned to the Material Types'. When creating Material Master using Material Type, one can then select the Valuation Class directly in the Accounting data view.

D) In MM-Purchasing IMG, you can find under menu path Material Master "Entry Aids without Material Master" where the Material Group can be assigned with a Valuation Class.
