    An Info record are created and identified via the following elements:
    . Info Category
    . Standard
    . Consignment
    . Subcontracting
    . Pipeline
    . Vendor
    . Material
    . Purchasing Organization
    . Plant

    Therefore, a PIR can be created at the Organization level of:
    . Purchasing Organization
    . Plant
