  1. You can find the Quota Arrangement Usage indicator in the MRP view, the selection will decide whether the Quota Arrangement is recognized in which application.

  2. Lot size rule in the MRP 1 view affects the use of Quota Arrangement in the following example:
    Lot Size "EX" (Lot for lot) will use the Quota Rating to decide the valid source from the QA.
    Lot Size "ES" (Lot for lot with split) will Split the Quantity between the valid sources in the QA but can be influenced by fine-tuning data in the QA such as minimum to split.

    . Plant
    . Production Line

  4. The Quota Based Qty ensures the Quota Rating calculated is high as the first rule of selecting a Source from the QA is select the source with the lower Quota Rating. Set a high number like 500000 to the Quota Based Qty to a source to block from source determination. That Quota Based Qty can be removed later.

  5. There is a "Push-Button" to access the Quota Arrangement master file via the Stock Requirement List, it is available if the material has been activated for Quota Arrangement in the material master.
