ReplyDeletefrom the requirement of 3, the system rounds to 10 units and from the requirement of 38, the system rounds to 40.
Example for the requirement of 45:
as it is above 38, it will first round to 40. Then there are remaining 5 to be fulfilled; since it is below 38 and above 3, it will then be round to 10. Therefore system suggest a 50.
