A) The PR fields are all grayed out even accessing it in ME52N (except the PR Header Text and Item Text which still cannot be entered).
B) Changes to the PO data is possible.
C, D, E) Non-stock PR quantity can be changed by the changes of the MO quantity before Release, After Release of the MO as well as after the associated non-stock PO has been received.

MO non-stock qty is 1, PR is 1, PO is 1, GR is 1
MO non-stock qty change to 4, PR qty will change to 4, another PO can be converted to 3, GR is 3
