A) Via Scope of Plan in MD01 or MDBT.

(note that in S4, Multi-Plant Planning is possible via MD01N or MRP Live because SAP included multiple entries for the Plant field (no more Scope of Plan field)
B) MD03 Single item Single level MRP run.
C) Via User Exit in MD01 or MDBT.

(note that in S4, MD01N or MRP Live allows multiple fields or "range" entry for not just Material field, but also Plant, MRP Controller, and Product Group). 
D) MD43 runs MRP interactively (this means, MD43 first shows the current situation of demand-supply in MD04 and user can decide to perform Multi-level MRP run for that Material and review the MRP results before Saving or Exit without Saving).
E) Run MRP via MRP Area. (where Storage Location is assigned to MRP Areas which can be found in MD02).
