ReplyDeleteA) Conversion of a Non-Stock Purchase Requisition to a Purchase Order is not allowed after the Maintenance Order has been TECOed. The system issues a message to request you to put the Purchase Order on Hold and issue an error message of BS013.
ReplyDeleteB, C ) Both Goods Receipt and Invoice Entry for the non-stock Purchase Order however are allowed, this will increase the actual costs of the Maintenance Order.
ReplyDeleteD) You can change the Settlement Rules after the Maintenance Order is TECOed. However, you must have a Settlement Rule at the point of TECO.
ReplyDeleteE) The system dis-allow settlement of any Maintenance Order with Costs Balances.
