In our testing, the transaction in List Editing Equipment of IE37 (Change Equipment) is actually only for Vehicles. However further testing reveals that the report seems to filter out any equipment created with equipment category (of reference equipment category "P" PRT).
ReplyDeleteUsing T-code IE31 to create a Fleet Object will ensure you must enter a Vehicle Type (which is a must for the report IE37 to recognize that equipment), as long as you choose an equipment category with reference equipment category "M" machines or "S" customer equipments.
The above testing is as at ECC6.0, at time of testing, we do not know what other internal filtering criterias by SAP.
As SAP may change the intent of IE37, please test this report at the SAP version or Enhancment Pack you are using to verify the report function.
