    The sequence of SNP Process flow:
    1) Setup SNP Master Data and Interface.
    2) Setup SNP Configuration.
    3) Release DP results to SNP.
    4) Perform SNP run: Heuristic, Optimization, CTM.
    5) Check plan/Solve problems.
    6) Finalize SNP results for PPDS.
    7) Release Constraint Plan to PPDS.
    8) Deployment Run.
    9) TLB Run.
