    It is assigned to the Inspection Plan Header and Material Master QM view inspection type folder.

    You can also assign the Dynamic Modification Rule directly to the Master Inspection Characteristic when it is entered into an operation in the Inspection Plan. However, there are no DMR assigned to the Operation of the Inspection Plan itself.
