  1. Here, the lesson from this scenario is the system ignores the rounding and suggest based on the min and max in this scenario of demand-supply planning. So, be-careful when using combinations of lot-size parameters. However, the argument is if Rounding was set to 30 then the minimum and maximum qty should be set as multiple of the 30 (minimum now at 50 maybe should be 60, maximum now at 130 maybe should be 150).

    My advice is to be very careful about combined parameters for MRP calculation, you may have your own ideas of the expected calculation result but the programmers/developers may have their own. At the time of writing the program logic, they may have their own opinions of the calculation logic.
