Question no 3945 : Plant Maintenance System Status

In SAP Plant Maintenance as at ECC6 EhP8, which of the following System Status for Maintenance Order can be Reversed ?

(more than one answers)

A) "REL" Released status.
B) "TECO" Technically Completed status.
C) "CLSD" Business Closing status.
D) "CLSD" Do not Execute status.
E) "LKD" Locked status.

Answer: B, C, D, E

A) "REL Release status cannot be reverse for Maintenance Order or Service Order.
D) Only when the Maintenance Order is at "CRTD" status that it can be set with "CLSD" (Do not Execute) BUT that status can be reverted back to "CRTD".
E) The "LKD" (Locked) status can be implemented on the Maintenance Order at "CRTD" (Created) or "REL" (Release Status) and can be reverted in both cases.

Conclusion:
  • "REL" (Release) status cannot be reverted to "CRTD" status.
  • "TECO" (Technical Completion) status can be reverted.
  • "CLSD" (Business Closing) via Black and White FLAG can be reverted.
  • "CLSD" (Do not Execute) is possible to be set using Order - Function - Complete - Do not Execute, and is possible only when Order is at "CRTD" (Created) status and this can be reverted from "CLSD" to "CRTD".
  • "LKD" (Locked) status can be implemented either when Order is at "CRTD" (Created) or "REL" (Release Status) or "TECO" or "CLDS" and can be reverted in all cases.
  • "DEL" (Deletion Flag) status can be implemented when Order is at "CLSD" (Closed) status and this also can be reverted.
