Answers: C, D

Either By Product or Co Product (but Co Product will have additional settings in the Material Master).

Both By-Product and Co-Product set with -ive Quantity in the BOM and will be Goods Receipt into Stock against the Production Order.

However: 2 main difference for Co-Product

- Setting of Co-Product indicator in Material Master MRP2 view.

- Setting for Joint-Production for Costing for Co-Product (basically Co-Product share costs distributed while By-Product is a waste and therefore is itself a costs).

A) Bulk Material setting is via indicator in Material Master or Bulk indicator in the BOM item.

B) Scrap Factor setting is via Scrap Factors in the Material, BOM item detail, or Operation detail.

E) Return Material for Production can be done by Movement type 262 (if referenced to the Production Order).
