So far ECC6 EhP6, there are no plant dependent parameters for Maintenance Notification Types. The Notification Type when defined can be used in any plant and any company code. In the initial screen of IW21when creating a Maintenance Notification, there are no Planning Plant nor any other Enterprise Structure. In fact a Notification can be created without a reference object such as Functional Location or Equipment.
