Surprising, or not surprising. You can GI to an MO after the MO is TECOed. (via GI others in MIGO then manually enter the material and in the Account Assignment TAB type in the MO manually and SAVE the GI transaction).
After TECO, cost postings into the MO via MIGO, Confirmation, non-stock PO invoice, Service PO invoice can all be executed !
