Answer: B, E
ReplyDeleteA) To create a Shift Note, you have to configure a Shift Note Type in the Customizing (IMG), The Shift Note Type uses the SAP Maintenance Notification for the screen area definition of the Shift Note and its number range assignment. Additional configurations are required before the Shift Note Type can be used. It is then assigned to the Functional Location Master, Equipment Master, or Work Center Master.
ReplyDeleteB) Shift Report includes shift notes in the report in additional to other information such as maintenance notification, maintenance orders, and confirmation data related to an event. The Shift Report requires a Shift Report type which is configured in IMG - PM - Maint/Service Processing - Shift Reports/Notes - Settings for Shift Report Types. Amongst the settings are Digital Signature Strategy and a Form Layout for the Shift Report. The Shift Report Type is then assigned to the Functional Location or Equipment Master. You can create the Shift Report using t-code ISHR1
ReplyDeleteC) The Pool Asset Management as a new feature in one of the Enhance Packages of ECC6.0, to create a request for a Vehicle/Tool which is called a Demand Request, SAP uses the Notification Type again for this purpose. In the IDES, the Notifcation Type 'MF' has been setup for demonstration purpose. You can use IW21 or PAM03 to create the Vehicle/Tool Demand Request.
ReplyDeleteD) When performing overall confirmation using IW42, one can create the Notification (Activity Report). This has been a standard feature in SAP before ECC6.0.
ReplyDeleteE) Functional Location and Equipment Log Entries can be done using t-code LBK1 (Logbook), in order to create Log entries for an Equipment, you require a Log Entry Type which is done in IMG - PM - Maint/Service Processing - Logbook - Define Log Entry Types; the settings contain a status profile and Log Entry Type for reporting. The Log Entry Type is not associated with SAP Maintenance Notification Type.
