In SAP QM for MM, when a regular material which requires inspection do have have an inspection lot created by the system in a particular incoming event; what would you deem is a probable cause ?

A) Quality Level indicates Skip status.
B) Inspection Plan was not found due to validity period.
C) A "No inspection active" setting in the Quality Info Record.
D) Material is present in the source list in MM.
E) Inspection type was de-activated in the Material Master QM view.
