ReplyDelete. A reference Quotation to be compared to against the new Quotations.
. Additional columns of lowest (minimum) price Quotation and average price of all Quotations compared.
. Indlucing delivery cost, and calculate effective price (from vendor payment terms)
D) from the ME49 report, you can branch to each Quotation item detail yo select an info update indicate (A,B, or C) to update or create the Purchasing Info Record.
ReplyDeleteE) similar to D) within the Quotation item detail, you can click on a reject indicator which will create a message output for a rejection letter to be send to the Vendor.
ReplyDeleteE) Within ME49, you can also highlight a Quotation item to update the Quotation Price as the Market Price for the Material. This is used as a basis od one of the calculation rules for Vendor Evaluation.
