You can find the Field selection key at
IMG - MM - Purchasing - PR - Define Screen Layout at Doc Level
where you create the Field selection key in this IMG but field selection key such as ME51, ME51N, ME52, ME53 are reserved for t-code itself as a field selection.
You then assign this field selection key to the Purchase Requisition in:
IMG - MM - Purchasing - PR - Define Document Type
(Notice Field selection key "NBB" is assigned to the Std PR Doc type "NB"
You then assign this field selection key to the Release Strategy in:
IMG - MM - Purchasing - PR - Release Procedure - Procedure with Classification
- Setup Procedure with Classification
(Check that each Release Indicator is assigned with a Field Selection Key)
