    SA supports material specific and plant specfic scenario. As at ECC6.0, external services are not yet possible.

    External services scenario was introduced in R/3 4.0 (a long tome ago), from then till ECC6.0, SA design principle did not change much and I do not think it will. The delivery screen design concept is quite different from the other Purchasing documents.
