    IBAU material type when used for material master is only meant for structuring purpose. We can use an IBAU material as a header of a BOM; but the IBAU material itself is not for purchasing or stocking. In standard SAP, the IBAU material type is delivered by SAP in the configuration without the Purchasing and Accounting views.
