In SAP QM, when creating an Inspection Lot at saving a goods receipt in MIGO, the system cannot detemine the sample size as the sampling procedure cannot be found, what would be the system respond ?

A) Material document is saved but Inspection Lot never created.
B) Inspection Lot is created and release, sample size can be entered during result recording.
C) The system prompt for a manual sample size before it is allowed to proceed saving the goods receipt.
D) The goods receipt process is terminated.

At GR if the sampling procedure cannot be located the system will proceed to save the material document as well as the inspection lot. However, the inspection lot is created with 'Created' status. A sample size must be provided or redetemined before the Inspection lot can be Released fot the next process of RR and UD.
