    The following are parameters found in the QM Control Key for QM Procurement:
    . Document for Technical delivery terms requirement. (Doc type Q02 in standard SAP)
    . Document for Quality agreement requirement (Doc type Q01 in standard SAP)
    . Release requirement (means Quality Info record release but not the Quantity in the Control Key)
    . Certificate requirement
    . Block in-active (to Vendor and Quality Info record blocking)
    . Block invoice.
    . Message control for lock (notification type when blocking active, W, E, I)
    . GR/Source Inspection Control
