  1. A) Inspection type 03 is for PQC or Process Quality Control and the inspection lot is generated at Production Order release.

  2. B) Inspection type 06 is for Inspection of Customer Returns. You create a Return Delivery Sales Order and at PGI (actually receiving/returning), the system generates an Inspection lot.

  3. C) Look for the 'Activate Notification' ICON in QA11 to Generate the QM Notification.

  4. D) Physical samples are not restricted for QM-PP inspection. It's activation or use is dependent on the Sampling Procedure definition.

  5. An inspection lot not UD, the invoice verification can result in the Invoice blocked for payment. However, when the inspection lot completed UD with OK decision, the payment block can be released.
