Characteristics are what describes those numeric data (such as functional location, equipment, location, planner group etc).
C) While in OLTP (ERP) it is called data fields, in OLAP (LIS or BW) it is called info objects. In this case, regardless of Key figures or Characteristics; they are all data fields or info objects.
