ReplyDeleteThe Transaction MMSC is always thought to be used to extend the Plant/Storage Location data view of the Material Master. Something like mass creation of Storage location view for a material master.
ReplyDeleteHowever, if you notice the additional data field in the MMSC transaction, you will find an MRP indicator, Reorder Point, Fixed Lot Size, and Special Procurement (4 fields) which are data fields in the Storage Location MRP segment in the MRP4 view.
ReplyDeleteOne of the other feature of MMSC is to generate the Storage Location MRP4 data view of the material master.
There is a delete push button in MMSC but you cannot use it to delete a data view. It is only used to delete an entry before saving within MMSC.
