    The following can be assigned to both Functional Location and Reference Functional Location:
    . Construction Type
    . Installation Specs (allowed or single allowed)
    . Planning Plant, Planner Group
    . Maintenance Work Center
    . Catalog Profile
    . Classification (but different class type)
    . Documents
    . Measuring Point/Counters (but different number range)
    . Multilingual text

    The following are some of the objects that cannot be assigned to the Ref.FL
    . Equipment
    . Permits
    . Labeling System
    . Account Assignment data
    . Installed Mainenance Plant Location
    . etc
