    I am not sure if this is available at ECC5.0, but definitely on ECC6.0.
    There are 3 transactions available to perform "Mass Price Changes" on (MEKP)Info Record, (MEKR)Contract, and (MEKL)Scheduling Agreement. You can find these transactions code under the menu path MM-Purchasing-Master Data-Conditions-Vendor Price Changes. The MEKP transaction can even perform prices changes on Info Record without material (ie: Material Group Info Record).
