  1. A) The Catalog type has a parameter 'Selected Sets allowed', this decides if code groups/codes for the Catalog type can be used for Selected Sets. IMG - QM - Quality Planning - Basic Data - Catalog - Define Catalog Types

  2. B) check QS51, the initial screen of selected sets, Plant is mandatory.

  3. C) The Selected Set code is not unique, you can use the same selected code in a different catalog type.

  4. D, E) in QS51, note that the initial screen access is both the Catalog type and Plant, the combinations of code groups and codes allowed are from the same Catalog type for the selected sets to be created.
