ReplyDeleteC, D) ME21N create PO with vendor, vendor is necessary and not through source determination. ME25 create PO wihout vendor, source determination is possible and if source found you can proceed to generate PO otherwise you have an option to save as a PR. (The above is valid as at ECC6 EhP5)
