In the transaction code MIRO for Entering Incoming Invoice, the entry of Unplanned Delivery Cost is at the folder, the amount entered here is the Net without Tax.

Each Condition type (with the Condition Category "B" or Delivery Cost) is provided with an Account Key (for Accruals/Provisions) for Automatic Account Determination.
For example, the Delivery Condition "FRA1" is provided with Account Key (for Accruals/Provisions) "FR1" for Account Determination.
