    You can find the t-codes IP41, IP42, IP43 in QM - Test Equipment Management - Calibration Planning - Maintenance Planning - Maintenance Plan ....

    As at ECC6.0 EhP6, in t-code IP40, it is not possible to enter Equipment Master or Material Master but only External Service Master. So, it cannot be recommended to management test equipment calibration processes.
