In SAP QM for SD, when the SD Quality Info Record is set with Inspection at Customer, what does it mean ?

A) Inspection Lot is created when Outbound Delivery is saved, RR and UD is done after PGI.
B) Inspection Lot is created wheb Outbound Delivery is saved, RR and UD is done before PGI.
C) Inspection Lot is created after PGI, RR and UD is done after that but results has no impact.

ReplyDeleteInspection is done by customer without the Inspection Lot. Rejects or Complaints would likely require a Complaint Notification to handle the subsequent processes.
